It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change...instead of eating the whole brownie-type cake, I'm only eating a slice. :)
We went to a place on the beach called The Wine Cellar for my friend's 30th anniversary/non-retirement party and this is their chocolate brownie cake. :)
