The deadline to win a copy of The Summer the Wind Whispered My Name by Don Locke has now passed. I'm kind of sad that there were only a couple of comments (I love to read about others' lives), but I'm also happy for just a few because...
The new copy of the book goes to Cindi at windycindy since she posted first. You should really go back here to read about her magical tea parties! I'm so jealous--I'm sure they were quite lovely and enchanting. Congratulations Cindi!
And, Kirsten at The Good Life-will also receive a gently read copy of the book-- Her story about spending time with her Opa and the baby ponies (foals) is so sweet! It's hard to imagine a "ranch" in Germany--especially after seeing the Texas kind! Congratulations Kirsten!
For those of you that missed out, stay tuned because you never know when another book giveaway may happen!

Oh, thank you so much! I'll be going to share it with our library so you know it is in good hands! Can't wait to read it all!
I just started reading a book you might be interested in "Free for All: Odballs, Geeks, and Gangstas in the Public Library" by Don Borchert, got it from the public library today :-)
I'll let you know how I liked it when I'm finish!
Thank you very much! Cindi
